MacMegaPOV
This is an unofficial extended version of POV-Ray 3.6.
Most features are now included in POV-Ray 3.7.0 final. Unless you really need one of the missing features of MegaPOV, you better use POV-Ray 3.7.0
The very last version of MacMegaPOV was released on 2007 March 16. It is not being developed nor supported anymore.
The good news is: It seems it still runs on OS X 10.11.5
